These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by BASEFIT ( “BASEFIT”, “we”, “us”),. They are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
2. Using this site
You may browse and order for your own use. You may not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, place automated or fraudulent orders, or use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe this has happened.
3. The product
We sell one garment: the BASEFIT Essential T-Shirt, in 100% Cotton. Colours are shown as accurately as photography and your screen allow, and a real garment can differ slightly in shade. Measurements on the size guide are taken on the garment laid flat and carry a normal manufacturing tolerance.
4. Availability
Stock is limited and is not reserved until an order is confirmed. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you to change the colour or size, or cancel that part of the order. Since nothing is paid up front, a cancelled order costs you nothing.
5. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and are calculated by us on the server when your order is placed — the price charged is the published price for the pack you chose, never a figure sent from your browser. Delivery is $4.00, and free on any order containing a 6-Pack. The total shown at checkout is the amount the courier collects. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.
6. Placing an order
Choose a pack, pick a colour and size for each shirt, and give your name, phone number and delivery address. No account is needed. An order may contain at most 60 shirts; larger orders can be arranged by message.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order with you — normally by phone or WhatsApp. If a genuine pricing or listing error is obvious, we may decline the order rather than fulfil it at the wrong price, and will tell you why.
7. Payment — cash on delivery
Payment is cash, handed to the courier when the order is delivered. There is no online payment, and we never ask for card or bank details. Please have the exact total ready where you can; the courier may not carry change for large notes. Payment is collected before the package is opened.
8. Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon within 3–5 working days of confirmation. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather and holidays affect them. Full details, including missed deliveries and wrong addresses, are on the shipping & delivery page.
9. Failed and refused deliveries
If you cannot be reached after repeated attempts, or the address is wrong or unreachable, the order is returned to us and cancelled. Nothing is owed, because nothing is paid until delivery. Repeatedly refusing confirmed orders may mean we decline future ones.
10. Exchanges and returns
Sizes can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, on shirts that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Where the wrong size was chosen, the courier fee for the swap is yours. Where we sent the wrong item or the shirt is faulty, we correct it at our cost. The full terms, including what is not covered, are on returns & exchanges, which forms part of these terms.
11. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate delivery details and a phone number that can receive calls.
- Be available, or arrange someone to receive the order, at the agreed time.
- Have the payment ready in cash on delivery.
- Check the size guide before ordering.
- Follow the care instructions — washing against them is not a fault.
12. Our content
The BASEFIT name, logo, product photography, text and the design of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially, or present our product as your own, without our written permission. Sharing a link or a product image to show someone the shirt is fine.
13. Liability
We are responsible for supplying the garment you ordered, in the condition described, and for putting it right when we get that wrong — by exchange, replacement or refund as set out above. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as costs arising from a late delivery. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of Lebanon.
14. If part of these terms cannot apply
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
