Measure a shirt you own
The most reliable method. Take a T-shirt that fits you the way you like, lay it flat on a table and smooth it out. Measure armpit to armpit and shoulder to hem, then find the row above with the closest numbers. That is your size.
Between two sizes?
Take the larger one. The cut is a modern regular fit with a slight taper, so the bigger size reads as relaxed rather than baggy. Sizing down makes the shirt cling across the chest and ride up at the hem.
How it is meant to sit
The shoulder seam should land on the edge of your shoulder, not down your arm. The body follows you without pulling, and the hem finishes around mid-fly. Not oversized, not skin-tight.
