Shipping & delivery
We deliver across Lebanon and you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Where we deliver
Lebanon only, to any address a courier can reach. We do not ship outside Lebanon at the moment.
How long it takes
Orders arrive within 3–5 working days of being confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not working days, so an order placed on a Friday usually moves on the next working day.
What delivery costs
Delivery is $4.00 per order. Any order containing a 6-Pack ships free — the charge drops to zero in your cart as soon as the pack is added. The exact amount is shown in your cart and again on the checkout page before you place the order. There are no other charges: the price you confirm is the amount the courier collects.
How we contact you about your order
We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp on the number you give at checkout, usually the same or next working day. The courier may also call you shortly before arriving. Please use a number that can receive calls during working hours.
If nobody is there to receive the order
The courier will try to reach you by phone. If you cannot take delivery at that moment, they will arrange a second attempt with you directly, normally on the next working day. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order is returned to us and cancelled — nothing is charged, because nothing is paid until the order is in your hands.
Wrong or incomplete address or phone number
A delivery can only go as far as the details allow. If an address is incomplete or a phone number is wrong, we will try to reach you to correct it. Message us as soon as you notice a mistake and we will update the order — before dispatch there is no cost to change it.
Delays
Traffic, weather, road closures and public holidays can push a delivery past the usual 3–5 working days. If your order is running late, message us with your order number and we will check where it is and tell you honestly.
Asking about an order
WhatsApp +961 70 573 075 with your order number — that is the fastest way to reach us. Your order number is on the confirmation screen and starts with BF-.
