Who we are

BASEFIT sells T-shirts in Lebanon, operated by BASEFIT. This policy covers this website and the orders placed through it.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to bring an order to your door:

Your name — so the courier knows who to hand the order to.
Your phone number — to confirm the order and for the courier to reach you.
Your delivery address, including the city or area and any note you add to help the courier find it.
Your order — the pack, colours, sizes, quantities and total.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok, if you choose to contact us there.

We do not collect payment card details. Orders are paid in cash to the courier, so no card or bank information is entered on this site, and none is stored.

You do not need an account to order, so there is no password and no profile held on our side.

Cookies and website usage

This site sets one cookie of its own: a security token that protects the checkout form against forged submissions. It is required for ordering and carries no information about you.

Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place the order.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested — such as the IP address, the time and the page — as any web server does, for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

Why we use it

To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
To contact you about that order, including delivery arrangements.
To handle exchanges, faults and questions.
To keep basic records of sales.
To protect the site against fraudulent or automated orders.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Who it is shared with

Your details go only where the order requires:

The delivery company — your name, phone number, address and the amount to collect. They need all of it to complete the delivery.
Our hosting provider — which runs the website and stores the order record on our behalf.
Authorities — only where the law requires it.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok, that conversation also sits on the platform you chose, under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while they are useful for delivery, exchanges and our own accounts, and no longer than the law requires us to keep them. Messages are kept while the conversation is relevant. You can ask us to delete your details, and we will unless a record must be kept.

How it is protected

The site is served over an encrypted connection, the checkout is protected against forged and automated submissions, and order records are reachable only through a password-protected admin area used by us. No system is perfect, but we do not keep anything we do not need — and never any payment details.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message +961 70 573 075 on WhatsApp with your order number and we will respond. See contact for every way to reach us.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes, this page changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
